1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

- Sa Pa district smart tourism application developed by IGB Joint Stock Company and operated by UNBD of Sa Pa town. Participating members are the tourism management agency - Sa Pa Town People's Committee in charge of tourist areas in the area; businesses, organizations, individuals with legitimate commercial activities and tourists (“Users”).

- Products and services participating in transactions must fully meet relevant legal regulations and are not subject to business or advertising bans as prescribed by law. Activities of buying and selling goods and providing services through the Sa Pa Tour application must be carried out openly and transparently, ensuring the rights of consumers.

(1)    The following terms (“Terms of Service”) describe the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the Services provided by People's Committee of Sa Pa Town as well as any software and any related products. This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Sa Pa Town People's Committee. To access and use the Service, you must register an account through the Sa Pa Tour application (“Account”). When we write “you” or “your”, we mean the owner, agent or employee of the Account that subscribes to the Service.

(2)    These Terms of Service apply to all Services owned and provided by People's Committee of Sa Pa Town or our Affiliates. By registering for the Service, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. Any new features or tools added to the current Services shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes. You should check the Terms of Service regularly to be aware of any updates or changes that may affect you.

(3)    All content in these Terms of Service must comply with the current legal system of Vietnam. When participating, members must familiarize themselves with their legal responsibilities under current Vietnamese laws and commit to comply with the contents of these Terms of Service.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. General information

- Sa Pa town, formerly known as Sa Pa town, was established in 1994. After 25 years of construction and development, Sa Pa town has achieved very important results in all economic fields - society.

2.3. Users: includes both Sellers and Buyers

- Members must initially register and declare relevant personal information, be officially recognized by the Management Board and be allowed to use the service. Members can create accounts for use or activities. Members can receive information about products and activity programs.

2.4. Board

- The Management Board is the group that develops and operates tourism business and management applications, authorized by Sa Pa Town People's Committee to be responsible for and manage Services and related issues.

2.5. Privacy

- Sa Pa Town People's Committee attaches great importance to the security of your information. To protect the interests of Users, Sa Pa Town People's Committee provides a separate Privacy Policy to explain in detail the security activities of Sa Pa Town People's Committee. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to know how Sa Pa Town People's Committee collects and uses information related to the User's Account and/or use of the Service ("User Information"). These Terms of Service are closely related to the Privacy Policy. By using the Service or providing information on sapa-tour.vn, Users:

- Allow Sa Pa Town People's Committee to collect, use, publish and/or process your content, personal data and User Information for the purpose of improving product quality and care. customers, as set forth in the Privacy Policy;

- Agree and acknowledge that the information provided on the Sa Pa Tour application will belong to you; and you have the right to request deletion of this data at any time.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Sa Pa Town People's Committee grants Members the appropriate rights to access and use the Services according to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. - Any software provided by Sa Pa Town People's Committee to Users is governed by these Terms of Service. Sa Pa Town People's Committee reserves all rights related to the software not expressly granted by Sa Pa Town People's Committee hereunder. Any script or code, linked to or referenced from the Service, is licensed to you by third parties who are the owners of that script or code, not by the People's Committee of Sa Pa town.

4. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

(1) Some features of our Services require you to register for an Account by entering your personal phone number as a login name (“Login Name”) and password and providing certain personal information. You can use your Account to access other products, websites or services that the People's Committee of Sa Pa Town allows, has a relationship with or is cooperating with. Sa Pa Town People's Committee does not check and is not responsible for any content, features, security, services, privacy policies, or other practices of those products, websites or services. . (4) Users can request account deletion by notifying in writing the People's Committee of Sa Pa town or support email  contact-sdl@laocai.gov.vn. However, the User remains responsible and liable for any incomplete transactions (arising before or after the account is deleted) or shipping goods related to the account requested to be deleted. . Then, according to the Terms of Service, the User must contact the People's Committee of Sa Pa town after promptly and completely completing the implementation and completing the incomplete transactions. Users are responsible for requests to delete their accounts.

(5) You may only use the Service and/or open an Account at Sa Pa Town People's Committee if you meet the conditions to accept these Terms of Service.

5. TERMS OF USE

(1) Permission to use the Sa Pa Tour application is valid until terminated. Permitted use will be terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service or if the User violates any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Service. In that case, the People's Committee of Sa Pa town may terminate the User's use with or without notice.

(2) Remove any exclusive notices from Sa Pa Town People's Committee

(3) Users understand that Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. 6. TERMS OF SERVICE

Violation of this policy may result in a number of actions, including any or all of the following:
